fighter maker is a pain to translate that's the main reason those two have yet to be translated, in the case of ONE SYOTA every line of dialog can be found in the included html files in the password protected zipfiles that come with the game and those are quite easy to translate so that might make for a work around.

so wouldn't that one be easier to translate then? beat the game and then your free to change what ever you want
in a way it's just not easy to the text back into the game but yes the htmls can be translated so players can read them and know every single ara ara taunt and and every bit of story text.

is this the last version of the game? having trouble figuring it out. also, is there an english patch or is it already implemented in the game?
Yeah seems to be.
This game didn't get any new content post release anyway.
And yeah, it's the only Excessm game that also came with an English translation.
Well HAGOKORO did too but it was mtl and people complained(there where even death threats) so much Excessm decided not to bother with translations anymore
