I must have missed something... it seems that there are supposed to be multiple routes, but when I played through, I did not see any choices to change anything, and I finished on an ending with Asahi.
At that point, all of Asahi's gallery is complete. The rest of the girls' galleries are empty except for the first picture in each one.
Sometimes there appeared at the top of the screen a frame with the four girls' profile pictures but it disappears almost immediately, and I was not able to experiment with it.

EDIT:
I found a post with download link to a walkthrough, but I don't understand how to use it.
I get that kissing or not kissing a sister has something to do with it (on my playthrough I kissed everybody every time), but the references to white dots and black dots and " * " are not clear to me, and I don't understand all of the Kiss, Kissing, and all that stuff with white or black dots and names or "good" or "pod" or "yes" or numbers 1, 2, or 3... I am very confused!
Maybe if someone can explain the first few sections under "Common 1", I might make heads or tails from it:
It starts with this group:
○ Kiss (Asahi)
○ Kiss (Mahiru)
○ * Kiss yayoi (yayoi)
○ Kiss (Saya)
I am guessing that means to Kiss each sister, but what does the asterisk before "Kiss yayoi (yayoi)" mean?
And is there a reason for yayoi to be repeated (Kiss yayoi (yayoi)?

The next group:
○ Kiss (Asahi)
○ Kiss (Mahiru)
○ Kiss (yes)
○ Kiss (Saya)
what does "Kiss (yes)" mean? Is that supposed to say "Kiss (Yayoi)"?

In the third group, why is each kiss line repeated? What does "Kiss" (without a name) mean? (same as "Kiss (yes)"?)?

If someone can explain these to me, maybe I can make some sense of it.

Also, the link to the Saya third person speech quirk seems to be broken. Where can I download it?

I haven't played since a few years ago but as I remember you had to focus on kissing one of the girls more or even just her and choosing her to sleep with you.
Maybe someone that has played it more recently knows exactly what to do, that's all I can help.

About the Saya third person patch, you are surely using the Nopy one, that died long time ago. Use the next link that says "Mirror". It's on Workupload and I've just seen it works.

Thanks to Teal Flower I was able to finally figure out how to initiate the individual sisters' routes. No thanks to the walkthrough that didn't walk through how to do that. Or if it did, I sure couldn't see it.
Anyway, I pretty much blindly completed all four sister routes. No idea really what I did. Luck, I guess.
So, there are also mom and harem routes?
There is no mention in the walkthrough of a mom route.
The harem route IS mentioned in the WT, but I have no idea what all the references to "(pod)" and "(good)" and "branch point" are for.
Time for more blindly clicking.

EDIT:
Man, this is so frustrating. I can't make sense of this walkthrough. I get to a point where it seems like the game is going in circles, repeating the same parts over and over without end.
Can someone please help me?

I dislike pdfs because I like to use word to highlight choices after I make them. It's a basic port from the pdf version someone posted earlier. It's not perfect but it is a walkthrough and it works.

It's in .docx format if that matters
Hey, I stumbled across your post here and am hoping you can give me some direction with the walkthrough. I tried to use the original translated PDF, but it did nothing but confuse me. I was finally able to complete each of the four sisters' endings, but I don't really know how I did it.
I then tried to complete the harem ending, but after "Save 03" I somehow can't stay on track with the WT.

After I found your WT converted to DOCX, it seems to be quite a bit clearer than the original, and I even think that if I tried I could follow it for the individual sisters' routes.
But I still get stuck in the harem route after save 03.
I know it has been years since your posting, but I hope you find this message and you or someone else can give me a hint of what to do next.
Thank you!

The Onikiss.exe flagged as riskware by Malwarebytes and Windows Defender..

Edit : Sorry. I missed a disclaimer. It is flagged but shouldn't be a problem because that's how Nekonyan work.

Ok so funny interaction. Because Nekonyan version .exe is flagged as riskware (already mentioned it's a false positive), my windows defender automatic delete it. But when I download the JAST version, send the .exe to Nekonyan file, it ran with nekonyan homepage lmao.
