A game with actual gameplay... A game translated and so : Not MTL... A game with good CG... A game with the tag "Strategy"... Is it the fated game ? Is it the game i waited for after week and week of shitty MTL ?! Oh my god i'm gonna look at the screenshot ! :WaitWhat:... No no no ! 4° screenshot... She's in a gangbang... Why Japan ?! WHY ?! Can't you one day not make a female protagonist who doesn't fuck everything that moove?! I just wanted a protagonist who doesn't need some sexuel ritual to get power, is that too much to ask? Fuck you Japan ! Not playing the game i'll wait another month or so in hope to get a game that will let me some brain cell... (I'm not talking about NTRshe's not together with her childhood friend so it's alright but even so she need to be a thot to egt power then be a thot by yourself meh !)

So, can anyone confirm if the gangbang scene is like with MC clones or something/avoidable or it's other people involved.
Gonna skip if it's the latter.

I didn't play the game but just looked at the unlocked scenes. The gang bang scene is called slut ending and she is having sex with a bunch of guys. Most likely a "bad" ending if you get too kinky with your choices or something. So it's most likely avoidable.

I see, thanks for the info.
Might try in that case, I guess.

female protagonist is often like male protagonist, it's the one that has the possibility to bang relentlessly throughout the game
just saying that it's not interesting to me if that's just for the plot and not the sex

I don't think that's a really fair comparison. The majority of western games on here are made by one person in their free time or at most a very small team. And the people that work on it tend to be just starting out on programming or animation. Very rarely are games made by a team of experienced game developers. Meanwhile all japanese games you see on here are the ones that were good enough to be translated. No one is going to translate the smaller games made by a single person with no experience. At best they'll get a mtl. And that's also ignoring that japan is the homeland of erotic games and the industry their has already become normalised with large studios full of very experienced developers who work full time on developing erotic games.
Tsukihime was made mostly by one person and it is still ways ahead of all western shit despite being an 20 years old game

You'll find rare exceptions in the indie market anywhere. For instance Toby Fox's Undertale is carried solely on its characters and story, or Hussie's weird-ass Homestuck games. From a programming perspective visual novels are about as simple to make as they get, but the western market for them just isn't as robust in the east, or at least wasn't 20 years ago. This is especially true for eroge, which were very difficult to sell in the west with online distribution still in its infancy.

In the case of Debonosu, it's not amazing that they've made an H-game with playability, because that's what they've always done. They've made the same game, over and over and over again, all the way since they were a part of Studio e.go. They get the same couple of artists to make new CG, typically of shrine maidens and monsters, remake the levels with the same enemies, maybe add a mechanic here or there, and then pop out a nearly identical clone of the same thing about once a year. And it works, because sometimes people want to play for their porn, and they fill their niche pretty well. But I wouldn't say they're amazing for it, just professional about churning out their product.

Since Shiravune is publishing this, is the translation quality much improved? Previous translations self-published by Debonosu were pretty bad.

Alright what the heck is this fighting mechanic??? Seriously tho, art is really good and want to give this one a try but gameplay sucks so bad... :(
Yeah, also they want us players to repeat the stage multiple time before we can proceed to higher level.

There's also a stark difference in skill level. Most JP devs have better art, animation, and programming skills compared to Western Devs. They also tend to actually complete their games instead of trailing along with breadcrumb updates.
That's more likely a different on a cultural level about how to go about it. Oftentimes, japanese productions come from teams, with each member having a specific role. It also means that it's rarer to see games produced by a single person.
Westerners tend to launch into game making on their own so long as the idea is clear enough for them to have the confidence to do it. But it also means that single creators have to do multiple sides of the work, and often end up overwhelmed by it all.

As for the hint about scamming... Yes. Westerners also have a cultural difference about that, it seems. Scammy behavior tends to be more common with western creators rather than japanese ones.

So overall, when you think about it, neither side is specifically better. One gets games finished, but a lot of ideas probably never see the light of day for lack of teams to work them out, and on the other side we get loads of promising ideas with no willpower to finish them.
Basically, a Dragon Ball Z fusion would be the way to solve both issues.

I beat the game three times and got the vanilla ending everytime. I don't know how the slut ending is achieved since it's impossible to unlock every scene on the first playthrough because replaying missions doesn't let you have sex again.

Maybe the order you clear each column in the 'have sex' menu affects it. If anyone can figure it out, please do tell.

Alright, so, played this. Went on normal for most of the first run, before I got bored and switched to easy. The game isn't particularly hard... it's just tedious with how you have to manage a bunch of stuff that's made more annoying by the way stupid debuffs are all over the place.

It takes several play-throughs to unlock all the scenes, because you can only unlock 1 scene per cleared combat stage. Note that this involves using the Play-Again with harder difficulty thing. Which just makes things more tedious and slow, so Easy mode is genuinely recommended.

The gangbang ending is unlocked when you do all of the last level h-scenes in a single playthrough. Yes. All four of them. You can't do that if you do individual Playthroughs from zero and just go down a column until you hit one of the four, because you won't be able to unlock all four.

The gangbang scene is designed to only be unlockable via the New Game+ mechanic.

All in all, that ending feels kind of weird. Because...

The whole build up to that mess is all about Sayaka liking sex with Haru more and more with each passing day. While she's clearly becoming a complete and total sex addict, there's no particular indication that Haru can't satisfy her... and he's the one that brings her there in the first place. There's no build up towards trying sex with more guys or anything. It's just bam, suddenly she's a super slut fucking dozens of people every day. Now... I personally like super-slut protagonists, and I don't mind the whole, sex-for-power mechanic... but in this case, it's just bizarre. It's like the game was supposed to have sex options for more power with strangers that led into that ending, but it was rushed out without them, while keeping just the ending.

So yeah. To conclude... the game is kind of eh? Not a terrible time waster, but pretty far from amazing too.

Can't even be assed to drop a review, not worth dealing with that shitty little interface for this.
