i think till now there is no "uncensored" patch for this game i've been serching for quit a while as well but there seems to be nothing

never had the issue, but RPGM engine shouldn't have issues with japanese symbols in path, so I would guess it's folder permissions. If you put the game somewhere on the C drive, try moving it to different drive. Windows 10 and up is really anal about write-read permissions.

Compiled from some answers found in the translation thread and a few things here.
No, there is not a uncensor patch. The game is censored. That's how it is until someone makes one. OP wrote the wrong thing.
Mutation level 1:ejaculate 10 times. There is no way I'm aware of to reduce your libido without ejaculating. All forms of ejaculating add to this count.
Mutation level 2: requires inverting the virus and sample when creating the neutralizer and then taking it.
Cum Weight Puzzle:
Choose one side of the scale to cum. It will say a full load.
Go to the other side and cum twice. It will say a lot and then a little.
Then return to the full load side and cum. It will say very little, then the machine will automatically work. If you have volume on, you can actually know when it works.
Clock Puzzle: Turn the long arm twice

I have to say, if saving is gonna be location locked, and bukkake isn't gonna be a room clearer, sample encounter scenes should really not be so punishing on reason.
