I wish i knew...
Oozehazard is too limited for my taste, have to calculate every step you take...
But Contamination was amazing, wish GFF would do one with even further transformation.
Put in more stages of distinct body parts' growth.
Maybe have a sorceress or something corrupt a whole city, country and then continent.

Once you get a fleshlight or the drug that lowers arousal you can always use one of the free save editors to dupe them. Aside form that you mostly just need a walkthrough, cheats won't do much.

you can use the mvtool to lock arousal variable though making walking around a breeze.
