How can you expect of cryoxxx to insert epic mc moment where he surpasses his limits if not for saving his newborn in a dangerous situation?
Jokes aside: The story so far tends more to the light-hearted drama/comedic side instead of bittersweet tragedy and I don't see any hints of the MC losing his kid / having to experience LI's death. (guessing from how problems/dramatic narrative sequences played out so far)
This isn't Baldur's Gate, bud.
Even if there were serious repercussions, it's not exactly hard to roll back or start a new game and fast forward to the desired part.

i found an inconsistency when sybil says to MC (just after they going rogue after the incident with admiral Kaly Mars) that she will be part of the new adventure till she find song-yoo-ry...but the kommodoor lady that helped them said clearly that song yoo was on mission with a kommodoor trusted friend....

I don't see the contradiction you are talking about. She says she will stay until she can join up with Yoo-Ri, but that won't be for a while.
