You're gonna be gone a very long time, because the artist that made the previous style of art is no longer on the team.
I agree that old face looked more like Ashoka, but I also think new art as whole is much more realistic and stimulating to look at. I just hope that at some point devs will animate pics instead just stills. Small movements that don't break image can accomplish much better experience and while being time consuming are still relatively easy to make.

Doesn't mean they can't fix the current art style if too many people don't like it.

True, this is pretty much rock-bottom. Any change to the current art would probably result in a positive reception. I don't think it could be any worse than what it is now.
It could definitely be worse, and I'm fine with them rolling with the art they can get and finishing the game, art can be upgraded later without much difficulty.

That's the March 30th update, right? I'm not seeing anything new in the files other than the Mandolarian armor and the escort dress finally working.

Might as well get right to the point. Right before finishing up the game for distribution, I changed the folder name, which messed the code up badly.
I lost a lot of progress. I'm going to try my damn hardest to re-write and re-code everything, but that means there won't be an update this week. The only positive point is that I've written it before, so it should go faster the second time.
I have no excuse. It's completely my fault and I have learnt my lesson. I must ask you for your patience and will try to make it up with you all.

Has been a while since I played this. But it has been in development for over a year, version 0.9something, and it still uses placeholders for the most basic assets (MC pic, first menu after starting, couple of items)? And that is just in the first 3 minutes..

Update: So, I worked through the night and most of today. I think I can get the update out to you before midnight. It won't be a very big one, but it's better than nothing. There's some fun new stuff in it.
