Nah i'm gonna side with spriggles on this one.
They boasted about how their engine rewrite for the mermaid update would make future updates easier to implement and have left the lot of us hanging.
They also said they'd like to give more to the people who still support them on Patreon after the Steam release and we've gotten... what? some .pngs and a Spine2D animation?
I want to believe, but got dang are they making it hard.

They have a decent sub count on patreon so they switched to milking mode
As I just read in their Discord, the developers apparently have "real" jobs in addition to the game, because funding via Patreon and Steam is apparently not going as well as expected. So they are developing the game in their free time. That would explain why there has been no news for months.

in my opinion, things got out of hand when they started to 'build the world' around them. if they had just stuck with the massages, completing at least 5-10 girls THEN started building a world, this would have gotten more traction.
For myself, my fiancee is moving in with me next month and I will not be able to watch this game come into fruition. This reminds me too much of Monster Girl Island from Redamz.

Stuff like this makes sense for a large development team. But when it's just a ragtag team of like 3, then it definitely doesn't work to do such epic workloads.
Yea, Redamz got very ambitious and bit off more than he could chew. Not surprised that his game just amounted to a prologue teaser.
Good ol' feature creep strikes once again, I suppose.

Id say, for the price point, the quality is good and slow updates can be managed.

What's also funny is, Snowbreak gacha game implemented the massage feature in their game and its like a 1:1. Though it doesn't have the H scenes of course.

Game Breaking Bug: Stuck here, after 1 bar gets completed the bar disappears or if I don't release the click, the bar stays but the indicator disappears so it doesn't progress.

Different girls have different weak spots. Harpy's 2 hearts are on each wing, in the front joints. Police Tigress has 2 weak points along her tail.Elf and Mermaid both have boobs as their weak points. You have to massage all 3, or with enough upgrades just 2 to get to next stage.
