As long as we're talking about this actually, do you guys think that being under the Anfluence puts people in the right state of mind to give MC their powers?

I'm bisexual and Anthony's is the one power we've seen so far that I do not want MC to have.
I can't remember if MC knows about the mind altering side effect of his power, I don't think he does, but coupling that with a power that has a drug like effect that is probably addictive and you've got a combination that'd start turning the girls around MC into mindless zombies. I have no interest in "corruption".
That's fair and I'm a romance guy myself, but I feel like it'd fun for the girlies to have what amounts to recreational drugs on hand for free at all times. A lot of the ladies in this game seem like party girls for sure.
My prediction for the Ultimate Bad Guy Power we could get on a "villain" path is Blackwitch's, anyway.
Possibly, but that's not a risk I'd personally take until we know for sure.
The problem is that there's many cases where those "touch" powers can't be turned off, like the guy that turns everything he touches into wood. If that's the case for Anthony, it'd create significant problems for MC in that most LIs probably don't want to get high every time MC so much as touches them.
I think it's a reasonable assumption that he has to be able to turn it off or at least intentionally do something if he's charging for it, otherwise all the girls would just run in, grab his hand and then bail to save their 40 bucks

In any case, whether or not he can control it is currently unknown, so it'd be a risky power to get.

I did the Isabella clone version when the time to test the MC's powers in the cell came along, thought it was nicer to her. Do I need to go back and do the actress version instead? If the actress version leads to more content later and the duplicate version doesn't, it would seem to be the better path.
Along those lines, I need to go back and not give money away so I can get the fuck in the bathroom stall scene as well. Still a fairly linear game with the exception of those two choices.

Choosing Isabella will supposedly payoff later. But if it's like choosing the actress it's just a minor dialogue change.

i did a run with the clone looking like the actress when MC first ran into her cause I wanted to see if there would be a chance for MC to bring it up, was glad i did. the only reason i originally picked isabella was cause i thought it would be fun to screw her in front of the other girl who clearly was crushing on her.(i forgot the hero girls name, my brain is all mush atm)
Chapter 7 preview spoiler, but there seems to be an upcoming lewd scene with Evelyn, Anna, and Arwen, but only if you picked Anna for the projection. I suspect that eventually picking Isabella will have a similar perk though, such as a different exclusive scene and/or gaining Isabella's power earlier.
Regarding the homeless person, there isn't a variable that tracks if you give them money, all it does is subtract 10 money. So there's currently no benefit to giving the homeless person money and it almost certainly won't come up in the future either. Feel free to ignore them and fuck Cat if you prefer (though the choice of fuck vs BJ may come up again in the future with Cat because that choice is tracked).
Her name is Georgia, also known as Moonsong. And yeah, of the scenes there with Isabella, I thought that was the sexier of them because Isabella gets much more involved, though I did stick with Anna on my "main" save.
