If I remember right, the first night you dream scry Marina it also changes where Anthony touches her. I'm also curious, but just remember URM popping up as a conditional branch.

Other than that, it's mostly small changes regarding people talking about their previous partners or sex life.

Ironically, I thought the safe image was more shocking than the unsafe one. it was a POV without the mirror and looked like she had fallen back on the toilet and her feet are up with the dude standing between her legs. It looks like he's about to do way more than poke her button.

I'm pretty sure Elhemeer meant the fact that Moonsong has an active sexual history that she's perfectly comfortable talking about.

If so, the answer is that her past is the same, but I think she talks about it less. JDOR has specifically said Safe Mode doesn't change any character history or story, just how much it's shown or talked about.

If so I didn't notice. I played with skipping seen texted and there were very few dialog changes. I suppose it is possible that deleted dialog didn't trigger the skip to stop, though. But I certainly wasn't curious enough to reread everything .

Jacquesdor is there an error in the safe mode? Whe todd transports moonsong and MC to the beach, there is the green haired girl from school being spit roasted - not sure if this is intentional on safemode - per definition in the dev mode it shouldn't be?

make out point, she shows todd's power to us and teleports us there on MC's request and we see a girl whom WE never see before getting spit roasted proper (wanted to give them/her a thumbs up) before MC says "hey i know that girl from school" and then teleporting back. shes a no name character and it isn't important enough to care unless we see her later i GUESS?

Oooh, right. When Todd imprints for the first time. Forgot about that since it's been a while since Ch 2 and if I remember right it's like 2 renders.

Yeah, I suppose in Safe Mode that could possibly be skipped or a short alternate made since it's not plot-relevant at all and just a bit of humor. Probably didn't block it in the first place though since it's a no-name character you'll probably never see again, as you said.

Interesting. So it looks like this particular set of renders is already set to show only if Safe Mode is off.

I'm pretty sure "voyeurismopt" is an old variable that predates Safe Mode. So I'm not sure how you saw those renders if Safe Mode was on.

I mean tbh the depth of character history in this game is one of the main draws. These girls are interesting and that provides such a good angle that many other games, even games I really like, don't bother to explore.

Oh, I agree completely and play Safe Mode off with everything on.

It did seem that set of two renders was the type of thing that Safe Mode might have been intended to replace though since it's not plot-relevant at all, so it piqued my interest in case it was a bug to report.

Totally agree with Rehwyn ... but as the dev notes, there's an element of the AVN community -- an unfortunately loud if not necessarily big one -- that likes to cause disruption based on anything that even could be considered within the same galaxy as something that actually fits in the NTR category ... and then once someone throws up the red flag, there's the "Ooh, disruption! Let's add to the noise" crowd that joins the fray. Then of course, all the fans get up in arms, and the race is on.

There are many threads I used to frequent that I now just poke my head in on occasion because of all that.

Anyway, for me, there's nothing wrong with characters having a life before the timeframe of the game you're playing, nor characters in the game that you're not involved with having their own life and crossing the MC's path. NOR any consensual sharing, if that's part of the story.

There's also nothing wrong with people staying the fuck away if that's not something they can handle.

I'd highly recommend spoilering that and warn that it contains future spoilers only viewable via manipulating variables (via console or URM). I considered posting or referring back to it myself, but last time it came up quite a few people expressed that they wished they could forget they saw it.

People seem to prefer the Romance route around here for the character progression on Lucia's part. But the Manipulation route has more sexy time stuff right now. Extended parts of the scene with Sapphire in Chapter 7, and the Emerald scene in Chapter 8 are the two that I remember. The Romance route will likely pay off in the long run, kind of like choosing Isabella instead of Anna Abrahams in Isabella's cell. I'd recommend you make a save.

Having played both, I prefer the Romance route, but I am a sucker for romance in general and redemption arcs.

and no, the option to turn this off, or choose the "warn" option is locked in the settings.
If no options are left, here is hoping for an android port soon.

I get that on games every so often. If you right click the application and go to "properties", there's a checkbox you can tick which then lets you run it and play the game. Just check the "unblock" box and okay it, then it should be sorted.
