So the pills work not just because they make someone aroused, but because they cause heightened pleasure and contain synthetic chemicals that are the same as those produced during orgasm (and typically linger for a few minutes afterward). That's also, by the way, why MC feels an orgasm-like pleasure near the end of Ch 8 when he's unconscious. Kind of depends on how Anthony's power works. If it causes a similar surge of dopamine and oxytocin like the pill do, it might be "close enough" to an orgasm to work. But then, MC would still need to get his cum on/in someone while also orgasming himself. So it's really not much easier than just having good sex where everyone orgasms, or using the pills.
