That still involves drawbacks and added risk. The scout would have to risk being caught, the "tank character" could easily be taken out by someone with powers that would counter it, etc.

His teleport power is definitely strong, but I really don't see it as problematically strong. Particularly because he does not seem to be able to teleport himself. He is fully a support power.

Frankly, if you want to talk about broken powers, talk about Lucia. And now think about MC once he has that and every other power.

You're assuming there isn't anti-telepathy tech. But we know there's power-suppressing tech because it's explicitly used in the Sisterhood cells. And if you pay attention to background articles and ads, there's several other instances mentioned too.
