Virtually guarantee the "twist" is that the MTF that controls the Sisterhood is the actual "bad guys," not that that would be a surprise. My theory right now is that the Sisterhood, already pretty disillusioned with the MTF, will join MC and the "villains" in taking down the corrupt MTF leadership.
If she's Ghostraven, I feel like she probably needs to secretly have something like shapeshifting powers or something. Their body and facial features are pretty different, not to mention her heterochromia. Granted, that eye difference could be handled with something like contacts.

I don't know. I got the opposite feeling from this update. After the scene where Riley lost composure when talking about MC taking care of himself, I would have thought Ghostraven would have been there when MC woke up after the internal injuries... if she were Riley, that is. Come to think of it it's now two times where MC very nearly died, and Ghostraven wasn't conspicuously hovering as he recovered.
They must have a precog on the Villains team, otherwise Tigerboy wouldn't have known where to find MC! So yes I agree "It's a Trap!"
I feel you're making a lot of assumptions about motives and reasoning and that's colouring your views about the morality in this and other cases.
