Midnight appears in the normal/romantic non-manipulation path, after Emerald’s scene in the Library, in the forest by the river. It was actually a very wholesome moment between all 3, The MC, Lucia and Midnight

Yes, that's what I thought. Only someone without a heart would be capable of doing that or someone who really wants to mess up your game. After all, she's a very important member of the group and doing that could have bad consequences not only for her but also for the other girls in the group. I don't know if there will be consequences because I'm not crazy enough to do that to one of the most beautiful and strongest characters in the game

Yeah, Parker might have played herself by jerking him off in his sleep and becoming the first person to have their power stolen by him. I know that she isn't supposed to have powers, but her daughter isn't supposed to either, and we all know that is an entirely separate argument. Superhuman seduction is very easy to keep on the down low if you don't want anybody to know. Most people will just think that they are horny for a hot woman and not realize they are being Starfoxed. Ms Morgenstern from the other cool-ass superhero game at the moment (Supermodel Defenders of Desire) has that exact power and not a soul realizes it.

Honestly, if one or more of those "dreams of Parker" were true, I don't think he'd have stolen her power from those encounters (Although considering what she's said about her corporate conquests, I wouldn't be surprised if you're right about the seduction power. But with him, she seemed like she was being entirely clinical ... we know she was gathering samples -- probably before the game started, which probably enhanced his desire for her, and fueled his dreams.
