If they stumble across it you can bet they will try to take it down. Unless, of course, there is a clause in ND that states "This can continue as long as there is a Druckmann self insert sex scene - Then it is okay."
The only way I'd follow that clause is if it's all just a weird fucking dream. If there is another clause that makes it canon, I'd rather remake the whole game and follow the story of 'Noel' and 'Emmie", where a 'Emmie' has an immunity for the 'tentacle' virus due to her having one in her belly button and the only way to get a cure is by fatally extracting it out of her.

I installed this game today, and after saving Ellie from and going through the forest, game takes me to the doctor and after one sex scene it loops back to the main menu. Well, considering the shitty LoU clone on the Switch just got a C&D from Sony with less accurate models and different names just a couple days ago, lets just say you better hope this game doesn't get too popular...
