Their programmer was scammed for $8k and had to find a job, thus it's on hold until they rebuild some of the features.

Haha at quick glance of the preview pics all I saw was a blue (what I thought) penis and thought we were going to be a dude from the Blue Man Group

Also - this game looks good/can be good... But seeing how The Couch went on hold (which was a good game too) hopefully no more programmer issues this go around..

The Publisher Home(r)page is the best from The couch >>> "It works" xDDD i wouldnt bet 2cents on them based on that....

I'm as frustrated about that as anyone else... :/

I promise to return to it and I've made preparations. The game won't be as ambitious as i planned but it will be complete. It's worth noting though the couch and Our apartment are very connected. I just decided (and the majority of votes on patreon voted) to move forward to the second planned game instead of immediately try to fix The Couch despite not being a programmer myself.

Features made for Our Apartment will be back ported to The Couch to wrap that game up along with new art for it.

Our business model is no longer focused on taking outsourced work, the new website will be focused on just game dev and Our Apartment. Taking the site down was kind of an accident as a result of miscommunication but it's fine. It will come back soon...

The "ghost" will be very customizable, various dick types, hats, and if i can manage it body types too (Like wolf or a female body was requested), all same height tho. The point is for the male avatar to represent however you feel, and it will have no affect on the story tho. The players character will have a decent amount of personality in the dialogue.

This time around i'm making sure any code i commission is heavily compartmentalized. So if any single peice is incomplete the whole thing shouldn't go down.

I'm also handling part of the programming work myself thanks to tools like Bolt and some assets i've bought to support features.

It's whoever you want them to be, atm it's only solid colors but soon at least the dick will have a human texture option with whatever colors you like.

The only set factors is their height and body proportions.

Soon, i plan to work on that when i get to implementing sex sounds and moans and such. i like to do these things in relevant groups.
