Im afraid is going to be another delay bit strange that no news at all since january 31st, it was supposed to be the update on 8th for the top tiers and no even a message telling when it will be... quite strange for this developer... we all cant wait for next update of this great game, it was so long already since last one...

This means we will not be able to make our target end of the month release date and will be pushing back the date for Tier 4 to February 8th. The new release date for Tier 3 is February 10th, and the general release is February 15th.

probably late, by the vacation of the end of year, they drop the AE mid to late december, so some shit may happening and the work doesn't go as planned.
If is dead guess we'll already know, because ptolemy is heavy involved in this game and the one who have the last incoming of tho one he is envolve is Haley (sorry I'm in cellphone, may have more than a little of engrish)

No, that was the general release. The first release of the new update was still supposed to be on the 8th, two days ago, and as far as I can tell there has been no new updates from the dev.
