Top one is a .png, bottom one is a .gif as you can trivially easily check for yourself. And the latter animates just fine for me so idk, sounds like a skill issue o3o

I have only started to see GB patch content when the Cove step 3 dlc dropped but did step 1 2 3 released all together and then the dlc? cause i want to know how this game will update after the demo
