, so I dont' have a private landlord who I may discuss things out privately (and could sue) but an entire company administrating numerous flats and streets.
My impression was that you can't do too much against increasing rent (asie from moving out and finding a cheaper flat, sucker) and that the issue in question was just one of the many problems of the cities overaching plot (baddy monopolist Seymour vs socialist Emma/Perry's father).
