Cameos will always be a very minor role in ORS, it's just Eve's way of piquing interest a bit and pampering her loyal fans. Plus, I don't think the main cast will change in any way (except maybe Gillian) there are already enough exact branches in the game that somehow they need to evolve. And as already said, there are several cameos in the game: the man in the restaurant, the curator of the exhibition, and the music store owner.

Actually, Jeremy doesn't really think of Lena that way at all. Just a hot girl that Ian wants to bang. Same way he brings up Ivy and tells Ian who sexy and awesome she is. He doesn't know of Lena's sensibilities so he can't imagine why Ian would fall for her, but he knows quite well that she's sexy like Ivy. Notice how he never tells Ian to pursue any girl seriously but merely encourages Ian to be more of a player. And when Ian tells Jeremy of his true feelings for Lena, that he's falling for her, he seems to be sad that Ian thinks that way, and tries his best to dissuade him of that notion, to tell him that he shouldn't fall for the type of girls who pose in the nude and share their pics online because he believes she would break his heart like Gillian did. And Lena with her actions kinda proves that, but he chickens to tell the truth to Ian (and somewhat seduced by Lena).
However, I believe whenever Ian and Lena become serious, he'd be respectful to Ian and try to distance himself from Lena (unless somehow Ian doesn't mind - which is probably true in the open relationship route). That's why the cheating behind Ian's back was not possible for Lena and Jeremy. Jeremy wouldn't consent to that because she'll become his bro's girlfriend and thus completely off-limits. But the game doesn't want to cockblock the player completely, so it instead prevents the serious relationship with Ian, but allows Lena to bang Jeremy to her heart's content.
Okay, I can see some version of Ian to be less open-minded to that (mainly if Lena was his only girl and he never shared Alison / Emma with Jeremy or jerked off to his pics). But in that case the drama is also isolated because it only affects Ian x Lena because the player isn't involved in anything together with Jeremy anyway, so the fallout wouldn't affect Alison or Emma paths.
But that's again assuming Ian miraculously gets to know about the sexting and the BJ. Eva is unlikely to introduce that possibility if she wants to avoid the whole drama. Same thing about learning about the game which there are very slim chances of unless for some reason Louise talks about it which I can't really see why she would bring it up to Ian.

To sum up why I think the bj at the game and sexting leads to less branching problems for Eva and is possible for Lena to become serious with Ian:
1) Small chances of discovery - unlikely that Ivy / Louise bring it up randomly and unlikely that Ian acts like a jealous boyfriends and hacks Lena's phone. Continued affairs are harder to keep in secret for long without being sus about it. In the first path Eva can simply ignore it for the rest of the game without it being too jarring.
2) Jeremy's bro code forbids him to sleep with his bros' girlfriends which Lena becomes in a committed route. Even if Lena agreed to relationship with Ian, Jeremy wouldn't be okay fucking Ian's girlfriend and would stop his flirting with Lena which would put a stop to Lena's content with him. Similar to how Dave rejected Ash in GGGB if she was in any sort of relationship with Eric. If Lena keeps lusting over Jeremy after committing to Ian, she would have to either break up with Ian first to make herself available, or convince him to make an exception for Jeremy (sweeten the deal with Louise and make it a foursome?).
3) If Ian still discovers about bj or sexting, it's easier to excuse why he (or at least some versions of him) might be okay with it compared to the affair because:
- Jeremy doesn't break his definition of the bro code: one-time event which Jeremy honestly tried to stop and tried to be honest about to Ian;
- Lena wasn't aware of Ian's serious feelings, to her Jeremy was like any other hook-up so she didn't owe Ian any explanation; Would likely have an option to confess to Ian in Chapter 10 and apologize if her action makes him uncomfortable. Harder for Ian to stay mad about it if she decided to be honest and regrets doing it.
- Voyeur Ian would most likely find it hot and wish he was there to see it - easier for him to forgive Jeremy. Might be the only case where discovering Lena's affair with Jeremy might not have broken Ian's relationship with either of them, but instead made him a willing cuck to keep Lena in his life;
- Eskimo bro route Ian is used to sharing girls with Jeremy and is more of a chad - would complain about the secrecy but still easier to forgive with minor relationship drop once Jeremy confesses that keeping it a secret was Lena's idea when he was about to confess multiple times.
- In the route where Lena forgives Ian for sleeping with Holly and resumes their relationship, Ian wouldn't feel like he has moral right to complain about Lena's similar one-time screw-up with Jeremy as long as the flirting has stopped;
- If none of the above applies and Ian freaks out, the drama would only impact Ian x Lena content (content with Jeremy already disabled in this playthrough). If Ian on the other hand discovered an affair of Lena with Jeremy, it would be over for pretty much every path where Jeremy is involved because the trust would be broken (unless Lena became Seymour's bitch, Ian learns he can't do anything about it but still be there for Lena, his self-esteem drops, his voyeur fetish makes him accept their affair as long as they share with him the details).
1) Yes, but it takes time to rewrite all 9 chapters. What do you mean by "just like the ones before with variables"? It's pretty much impossible to write the extensive walkthrough without the use of variables. dundun's GGGB Scene Guide also used code names to differentiate between paths (except ORS has a lot more of them).
2) If you mean after I update my Chapter 9 Revised Guide and Chapter 10 gets released, I believe about a week - 2 weeks for an Alpha, 3 weeks for Beta and around a month for Final. I'm working on streamlining my work process so I could both test the game and write the guide faster, as well as create the save database to make the testing more accurate.

For me it depends on the kind of cheating or with whom. If it's with some hook-up with strangers then it's not really my cup of tea. If it's an affair, depends on who the other person is. If it's a complete rando who becomes a lover then I'm not invested. But if it's someone who is either close to them or their SO, like best friend, brother/sister, or one of the exes, then it makes it a lot more interesting because it's powered by an established connection sprinkled with mutual attraction.
For example I'd really be curious if Gillian really appears in the game, and Lena has affair with her behind Ian's back... That would be a shocker and kinda hot. Additionally, it would be interesting if Ian NTRs Jeremy by giving Louise some loving when Jeremy is not there for her. Less cheating and more of a triad I guess because I doubt Jeremy would be mad if he found out.
But my personal favorite is Ian and Emma hooking up behind Lena's back. Emma is such a casual person and acts more like a bro that it's kinda hard to even define as affair, but 2 friends with benefits making each other feel good because the mood feels like it and there are no feelings that complicate the pairing. The scenario becomes hotter if Ian puts Lena first in the relationship, Lena is away and can't be with Ian, so Emma only takes care of Ian because Lena can't and not get involved otherwise. To make it perfect, Lena doesn't mind and actually asks Emma to become Ian's surrogate sexual partner so that Ian is left in good hands.
When it comes to IRL, it's hard for me to think of satisfying cheating scenarios that doesn't involve some form of consent / awareness by the other half. I guess unexpected best friend scenarios might be one, where the attraction was there but neither were planning on cheating, both respect the main partner, but some hot situation makes them unable to resist the attraction they feel for each other so they make passionate love and only regret it the morning after. Another hot scenario would be where one partner doesn't mind the relationship on the side because it allows their SO to experience some kinks that they themselves would never agree to participate in so it compliments them somewhat. Like if one partner is a masochist and needs humilation, but their partner is too loving to ever give it to them, so they reach a compromise and find a master/mistress to let them have fun on the side.
I feel bad for my man Ed, 9 updates, and still nothing.

I don't doubt that Jeremy really cares for Ian and wants the best for him when he tells him he shouldn't fall for Lena. But the fact is Ian does tell him that he's falling for her. If Jeremy still doesn't see Lena as Ian's love interest, that's Jeremy's mistake. As his friend, Jeremy can obviously give Ian his advice, but he doesn't have the right to put his opinion above Ian's feelings. If Ian tells Jeremy he's got feelings for Lena, that's the way Jeremy should treat her as well.
But as long as Jeremy's relationship to Ian is OK, he does tell Lena about Ian's feelings before the blowjob. And at that point it's also obvious to Lena that her connection to Ian is deeper than to Robert, for example (depending on your playthrough, of course). Lena brushes it off because she's drunk and horny, and seems to rationalise it as something harmless, but with what she knows of her own relationship to Ian, Ian's feelings for her, and his relationship to Jeremy, she should know that what she's doing is different than some other random hook-up.
