I agree, people really like to discredit Eva for tracing images. What they forget, though, is that Eva is actually an artist, and a highly competent one at that. Just take a look at this drawing that she shared on Patreon ages ago:
This is not the mark of someone who doesn't know what they're doing and is just tracing blindly from other images. Also, the fact that Eva has designed all the characters herself would also suggest that she is a very good artist.

Yeah and seriously, some of the most famous mangaka and designers use tracing as well. It's just a faster way to get references right, and to produce consistent and frequent artworks. What should matter is "does Eva manage to do tracing and still keep her own touch, her own style" which she does. Her characters look and feel different, her art is consistant, and what's more the story makes the situations hotter. If you think about it it's not just the porn which matters, cause just sex without context can be quite boring.
It's all that surrounds it (say for example, when you bring Alison home, it's the sense of anticipation that build up with the flirting. For me for example it's that moment Ian has her in his arm at the bar. It makes everything that happens next so much hotter).
I feel that's where Eva Kiss has shown the most progress between GGGB and ORS too, but we'll have to see how that goes with the next chapters. I'm pretty sure she's gonna prove me right tho.

I agree doesn't come close to GGGB. But it obviously takes a lot of influence from the game. Heck i feel some of the scenes mirror GGGB.yeah, the story is good but the art? ahm, not so much..., no facial change on characters at all and most of the chars are ugly AF
i wouldn't put GGGB and this game in the same sentence
let alone ORS (which is light years better then both of those games)

There's plenty of people complaining about tracing but as someone said above it's a legitimate technique and here you can see the difference in execution by two artist of different ability. The drawing by Eva look way better, you can see she has understanding of anatomy and color. The clone looks rough and bland in comparison, muddy, brown-ish colors, the lines are very rough and the anatomy is not well defined (look at the feet, for example), plus look at the wrinkles on the bed-sheets...
