I don’t think she meant it literally? It’s just a saying, like “I’d feel so I bad if I couldn’t do it.” is it not? She did not say it would definitely be released in September. She only said she’d try her best to get it out, which it may or may not be completed by September.

Majority of characters she adds for Lena that aren't already in the game will likely be at Billy's party, modeling shoot, or whatever he's pitching to get the girls naked and lubed. I'm sure there will be some stray characters here and there as well. Hard to say since the game's not halfway done, but likely most major love interests are already introduced.
Missing: Big, fat, nasty, old trucker with a sweaty pit-stained shirt and a filthier mind. Maybe some of his trucker buddies too, if you want to make Lena a truck-stop tart for her discrete nympho route. Plus a way for her to pick up a little extra cash on the side along with a dirty thrill. Dirty older men at an adult theatre & gloryhole are also an option. I don't think Eva will be adding that content for Lena, but you're sure to have some fans.
Throw in a breeding/milking fetish and an unwinnable game of "who's the daddy?" and you'll please another subset. Eva will likely make pregnancy an option, but I doubt she'll go far into the fetish. I'd probably do this separately from the truckstop/adult theatre content, like a strange fascination Lena develops from watching some reality show or a "real-life" observation, then down an internet porn rabbit-hole into a personal ad for some healthy swimmers and a party at a local motel. You'd probably have to coincide it with a point in the game where Lena can actually get pregnant though, due to the necessary graphic changes.

Iirc, Eva mentioned that she's already introduced all the main characters (those who have routes), so the characters we have in the game now are likely all we're getting in terms of sex and relationship options.
Any others that appear will likely only be brought in for scenes where a corrupted Lena (or other female character) pleases a bunch of guys at once, and won't have a purpose beyond that. That's my guess anyway.

I'm afraid there's no taking it easy anymore. Regardless of how long she takes, there will always be a huge web of routes and variables to untangle to plan the next chapter and avoid inconsistencies.

There's no way to know for sure. I bet not even Eva knows at this point. Sometimes she acts spontaneously. Inspiration might hit her to include another wholesome male character that Lena could date. So far the flaws of everyone except Ian outweigh their positive qualities. Jeremy and Mike wouldn't be so bad if they weren't already taken. Stan is out of Lena's league, and dating isn't a charity. Seymour and Axel are the antagonists that want to exploit Lena or make her submit. I personally wouldn't mind if Lena could date Perry or Wade (after he becomes single), but only if they were less toxic. Having one more single male character who is not an asshole/loser and could really compete with Ian would be good for Lena's side of the story, so I won't hold by breath. However, there is bloat to consider. I don't think there's enough time to introduce and flesh out another main cast member.

I'd like Wade could become a LI to Lena with the proper development. I don't know, maybe in a route where Cindy and Wade break up, she starts a relationship with Ian and Wade decides change his life as well. He start get in shape, wear better clothes, change his attittude and then he and Lena casually meet in this small town of them, they have a conversation and start know each other better. Lena already thought Wade handsome when met him and Cindy in that date with Ian, so i thought a Wade path could be possible for Lena. I have this same feeling: aside Ian, every other male character route in Lena'side seems somehow a path to corrupt her. I'd like she have a more romantic male route besides Ian route and maybe Wade could be this route. But only if it's already in orignal Eva's plan. I don't wanna seem her added unexpected routes that could become her job more hard.

U never had creative block have u it's frustrating trust I'm pretty sure the update will come before 5th oct

I'm afraid that's not possible. Lena will have to make a choice in Chapter 9:
If Lena takes the blue pill, the story ends, she will wake up in her bed and believe whatever she wants to believe.
If Lena takes the red pill, she will stay in Wonderland, and Marcel will show her how deep the rabbit hole goes.

Check out the walkthrough if you want to know that. I'll be honest, I didn't count the amount of branches since they mostly depend on your interactions with NPC. The answer is many. Probably too many (thus the delays).

Alpha 24th Oct. since she usually hypes the release for 2 weeks or more and it’s not even finished yet. Unless she’s restless and wants to get it out with bugs just for the sake of releasing it, then 17th Oct.
