Personally I think if Ian couldn't get it up Alison gets so excited / distracted by her new experience with Jeremy (because they started without Ian) that she doesn't really think about condoms in that moment. Maybe she didn't think that he'd finish so soon and cum inside her without warning. It's clear that she's surprised that he ended up cumming inside her. Holly could reach a point where Lena's (Ivy's) words about enjoying sex without limits could awaken her inner desire to play around with no strings attached and try different kinds of sex, both with girls and other guys, even if she's dating Ian.
It's just that for now, Ian's influence on Holly is stronger than Lena's, but it could change in the future. And Ian might compromize his own influence by making mistakes and disappointing Holly (by refusing to commit to a relationship for example).
Lena seems to have the hottest expressions or drawn in a hotter way when in scenes with other dudes that aren't Ian, she looked incredibly hot in that (real) axel scene ngl.
On the flip side Ian has a lot of hot and vatiety options to pursue other than Lena, it feels like this guy wins in many cases. I liked the pregnancy play Allison had going there and Cindy is just one of the late ones that you may not have built up enough rapport to chase when the events that happen related to it matter in later chapters but she's extremely hot and seems worth the chase depending how events are built up in the future but if you don't she's at real risk getting axel'd, but shouldn't matter much realistically if you were pursuing someone else in a faithful way. I just hope there is a way your actions can save that Wade and Cindy relationship in that case since they are your friends, especially from axel.

Elaborate how? As Ian, tell Axel you've slept with Lena, and Ivy will get mad respect for you, make a joke about Jeremy when Ivy runs into them on the street, and tell Ivy it's a free country at the club when she runs into you and Allison / Emma. Then there will be a scene in Chapter 10 that Ivy and Ian get in a spar and there will be a lot of sexual tension between them.
I suppose an actual sex scene hasn't happened yet, but it's pretty clear if you get that scene that its going to happen.
If Lena's variable for Holly's attraction is high enough Holly already starts having doubts in Ch.11 Prologue, regardless of Ian's performance:

Yes, I was just being extra careful not to mention something that the general public isn't supposed to know. I'm in the middle of thoroughly testing / writing the guide for Ch 10, so everything after that gets mixed up and I don't remember if I read something in the prologue or the actual Ch 11 script.

This would be my feeling so nobody feels mad because its the players decission I could see if lena goes down the more open minded/slutty girl phase with ivy billy,photoshots,cheating and so on and holly wants to keep ivy and lena as her friends but they get more corrupted and go on wilder partys,drugs.... that holly has to keep up with them if she still want to hang out with ivy and lena.
But I hope it has some consequences that alison has a deep conflict between the feelings for ian but the new lust/horny side that she discovert with jeremy.

I'm sure it was the idea behind that scene, we just haven't really been able to see the outcome of the threesome because the POV shifted to Lena's. Fingers crossed in the next chapter they will discuss it.

Have you tried Unren? If your using Windows that is. Linux you need a script to run something similar.

You can use GIMP or Photoshop to convert the images form webp into png. But you'll have to do that one by one, so it will take you a lot of time. I didn't find any free software that will allow you to convert webp in bulk, at least not for png. If you want to keep the transparent background for all the characters + to make sure that the overlay works, you need png.
For a personal project, writing your own story and reusing the assets, I would say that the easiest way to do it is to keep using webp for images. If you want to use different clothes in different scenes, just look in 0gallery_variables.rpy or 0naming_conventions.rpy You can create your own components and use them in the story script.
Extra: You can use _naming_conventions.rpy (_ instead of 0). It will have the same effect Eva wanted in the game, to keep those file above all the other; easy to find and change.

Just unzip it into the game's main directory where the exe file is and run the bat file. I think it should be one of the first choices that unrap the images.
