Not taking into account recycled art this is what has been added since 12.3 Beta in little over 5 months. The Lena part of the update still needs to be concluded, after that chapter 13 for Ian, (take into account that the development time for chapter 12 in total was Oct. 23 - Aug. 24).

I'd have to check but it probably depends on which attribute is the highest for Lena. Smart Lena had two sexual partners, one casual and the other was Axel. Lust-focused Lena may be another matter.

edit: yup, only Lust Lena has cheating background:

I don't think there's going to be Ian pov for chapter 13 because in her last status report, Eva said she's writing last scene of the chapter.
I guess EvaK might add short Ian pov similar to Lena's in ch 12 as Epilogue thn go back to older update cycle from chapter 14.
