I believe you may have spawned the 1,438,971st euphemism for bobs! Thanks. I think I'll call her Alexandra Daddarios. Her last name needs to be pluralized, for reasons.

So we're looking at a 5+ month wait for chapter 10 more than likelyChapter 9 took roughly 5 months. The game's getting gradually more complex, and Eva also took some time off during summer. She's also been struggling with burnout lately. Currently they're doing a rework of the first 9 chapters (some new art, and reworking some scenes and storylines), after that they'll release the game on Steam and get to work on chapter 10.
im actually one of the people that REALLY like Minerva, I love the whole sexually frustrated office milf thing she has going on, and I really want to see more options/fleshed out romance with her in the story tbh. Work up a deep romance/deep corruption with her, corrupt Lena and make it so Minerva and Ian ride off to live their new life/or Ian keeps fucking Minerva while shes married but she keeps changing her style for him, like changing her hair color or getting a tramp stamp or a boobjob etc all because he told her to/wants her to or something while Lena and friends get bimbofied and raw dogged by every man in the cityI know Minerva was left in the dust after the last female character poll, but I hope that doesn't result in Eva diminishing or outright cutting her character. I'm genuinely interested to see what direction the more romantic route goes and whether another opportunity to get with her would appear in the future if you avoid conflict at your job.
Another point (and it's probably just me), was anyone else slightly disappointed that Seymour showed his hand in the latest chapter? I was expecting this development to occur maybe another chapter or two down the line after some more teasing and Seymour testing the waters, seeing just how far he can push Lena in a future photo shoot. I was half-expecting another dream sequence in which Lena explicitly chooses between Axel or Seymour as to where her affections lie.
Maybe Eva felt guilty about the length of time between updates, hence why many developments that would've benefited story-wise from being given more time to expand have felt a tad rushed.
The game would've lost so much appeal with an already corrupted Ashley. "The joy is not in the slut alone, but the journey she takes in getting there." - Henry David Thoreau.(eg -Most people did not play the 'good' path in GGGB anyway, so why not make a game where the protagonist is already corrupted, and build from there?)
If you're mainly in it for the corruption, it's about the journey, not the destination. But a sweet spot and something that's rarely-done could be a game where you play as an intentional female corruptor. I can think of a few, mostly text-based and/or anime, but from EK, this could be amazing.(eg -Most people did not play the 'good' path in GGGB anyway, so why not make a game where the protagonist is already corrupted, and build from there?)
Who said that? Most people did not play the 'good' path in GGGB anyway
I have to agree with the others; starting the game at a point where the protagonist has gone through the most significant character development doesn’t sound like a good idea. I think the quality of GGGB dropped towards the end — particularly on the bad girl paths — because there weren’t many new situations to put Ashley in.The dual protagonists make this game more complex than it should be, and since EK is the sole dev, further updates will take even longer when accounting for the various paths the game already has (not counting any potential body variations, eg the tattoos for Lena). She has been building up this game, but I feel like it will come crashing down in the end like GGGB (which became a cheesy and hilarious fuck fest near the end).
EK said that she expects the game to have 20-25 episodes, which is too long when taking into consideration the update frequency and game complexity (not mentioning that futher updates get watered down due to branching paths). She is feeling burnout, and it will only increase when going forward. IMO she should wrap the game up by episode 14-15, and focus on a more 'simpler' game with a single protagonist (eg -Most people did not play the 'good' path in GGGB anyway, so why not make a game where the protagonist is already corrupted, and build from there?)
