That's a bug. The trinity normally won't be enabled on the path with slutty Holly, and that's the only Holly who gets to the gloryhole.

Well, it's a bug that survived Alpha, Beta, and Final. So I don't know if my playthrough was grandfathered in somehow, or what the specific issue is. Just threw me, I'll be making a new playthrough anyways.

(to be fair, i think this is partially because Lena who is under Seymour's spell needs a will point to turn him down, and she isn't really guaranteed to have one when presented with the choice)
This is not a bug in the game as it currently stands. It's a result of you, individually, continuing old save from after the bug fix was introduced, which glitched your play through.
To fix it, you'd need to pick up older save (from before Ch.12 preferably) Though it's probably even better to start the game anew, if it's a very old save. There's some stuff you're probably missing out on as a result.

So the 'grandfathered in' option, gotcha. I suppose it tracks, was just trying to get Lena and Holly more than friendly with each other, and let Dr. Ivy Frankenstein run unethical experiments with Holly, and it all goes nuts. Well, twig and berries at least.

Hmm come to think of it, iirc he is not an option for Lena to suggest Ian as a guy for the MMF threesome, which all things considered is pretty odd. I guess EK has his route planned as something more exclusive and/or path breaker for other routes. Similar to Axel, who also isn't available as a candidate, even for Lena to consider internally.

There's currently bug which blocks Lena/Emma in this scenario. It should be fixed in next release.

Since chapter 13 is mostly Lena centric, I guess next update will also be Lena's pov(Billy trip) and thn continue with short Ian pov similar to Lena's in ch 12.

Not that I'd complain, Ian has plenty on his table. He and Cindy return from their trips and may sort things out now that Wade is gone. First date with Louise which as of now can really be anything. With slut Holly they may already adress the issue if/how they want to date, considering she just came out of a glory hole, which you can't just ignore while searching for a partner at the same time. Alison routes could progress, though the potential pregnancy may still be too soon. No idea with Cherry, Minerva and Jessica. Book contest and tournament still taking a while I assume.

Considering that Lena in relationship in Ian could've just turned down Seymour's advances, citing her relationship as reason, there may be some interaction between Seymour and Ian regarding this...
