The amount of points in those fetishes will govern future available content in that path, so just having a single point or three in one fetish might not do it. Answers to Ivy's fetish questions hold weight beyond Ivy/Lena interactions there. Spying on Jeremy/Louise and focusing on Jeremy's assets will give a point in that direction but not enough by itself. Since I'd rather skip the "bad friend" Lena in my "GoodSlut Lena" play-throughs, hence skipping the bottle game, the only direct fetish question option is at Ivy's place with Holly. I'm also skipping other potential point-gainers with the Lena I choose to play, so fetish questions hold quite a bit more weight there. I think they may actually lock in certain paths regardless of your number of points beyond 0 in those fetishes up to that point. Rather, the points themselves actually unlock the option to select the fetish.
