Okay so, i didnt get much responses to this, so i took it upon myself to check. If there are more players like me who wants to see Lena become a cuckquean and bring in all the girls she can for Ian to have 3somes & possibly 4somes with, please bear with me. This would be a big read but hopefully worth it.
Firstly, My Ian & Lena are madly in love with each other and they have a open relationship suggested by Ian.

2] Bad news for the Trinity fans, I don't think trinity path will get any new threesomes with other girls for Ian & Lena, as once you lock into trinity, Lena can't fool around with any other girls anymore, which seems to be the main logic of arranging threesomes with Ian. This is usually the case in threesomes don’t get with the third without your partners consent. A little different with throuples as long as that has been agreed upon beforehand since you are all technically dating each other.

For the first, there's an 'open together' type path both at the park and the early part of the beach-house. 'Full open' requires Lena or Ian to cheat on the other, know about it, then call the other out. There's a lot of nitty-gritty in the walkthrough, but that's the gist, then the right one needs to propose the true/full open relationship. It hurts their connection, but then they are both allowed to fuck anyone (it seems).

You don't engage with a 3some girl outside of the setting. It's an unspoken rule. If you engage, then it's straight-up cheating. 3some happens if both partners agree to it; if one is missing, it's not consensual to the other.

this is the correct way to do a threesome where one of the partners scouts. You get permission first so it isn’t cheating. If you sleep with the person and then bring up doing it for a threesome it is just cheating.
Now if you have an agreement to have one of the partners scout and you give them free range it is not a problem but that is usually quite rare. Usually you have both partners approach the person and invite them so it is less grey area.
