Bad Jess is in kind of the same spot, though Good Jess and partner might swing, but probably not more than that. Louise's jealousy would sabotage anything beyond group sex, unless kept firmly leashed as a pet. Minerva has a whole adult life, too much to be dragged into anything serious unless she burns all the strings connecting her. Gillian is the poison pill, to anything including Ian. And everyone else would be fun for a fling, but hasn't got the connection to the rest of the Holly Trinity. Emma is liked by all, can handle an alternative romance, and can teach everyone the Way of Anal Satisfaction.

Why do you say that? Jess was promiscuous before Ash, and weren't there many paths for Ash to get slutty before ending up with Jess? Why couldn't they be more open to sharing, a few years down the line?

You're not necessarily wrong, but you don't really have evidence, just supposition. It's also been 5 years for Dave and Jess, why was the door slightly open for them?
To give you more concrete evidence that Jess really changed for good. Try hitting on her on the coffee date at the mall. For Dave/Jess that was also an assumption. For real though, Jess doesn't give a flying fuck about others; other than her partner.
Even in GGGB Jess already banned threesomes once she went good.
