Axel is a possesive violent control freak, demonstrated by anyone that knows him talking about keeping the relationship between Ian and Lena quiet around him, or Roberts face. I don't think he would try using another woman to make her jealous when he can just lie about it, and I think he is most definitely the jealous type himself. I also don't think Lena would get jealous, it would confirm what she knows about him already, not affirm her minor monologues that maybe he changed.
I think she misses part of their relationship, the sex slave part, but she seems to know it was toxic regardless of player choices. Of course the player can be fooled I guess, into trusting Axel.
