Hmm, ffive can probably answer this better, but I think Lena needs to stay casual with Ian the first time they talk about a relationship, then you get the option to cultivate a relationship with Stan. Later if Lena is cheating she can go further.

In my experience avoiding throughout the game, no Jeremy, Mike, Mark they all talk to each other, but there may be some coding that I am not aware of.

The club night as a bartender she has to be a good girl for sure though. The Axel encounter at the club may trigger Jeremy to talk to Ian also, which might mean keeping the relationship with Axel low so Lena can use the angry option when talking to him at the club. Not giving in during the BJ dream, and "snapping out of it" when she thinks about him will keep the "desire" flag false. Lena can still fuck him, just don't go all in.

EK is good at setting traps that screw you out of things later, can't have everything you want in a single playthrough.

Avoid anyone that has anything that has to do with Club Lena works at for one night. It limits who Lena can hookup with, but there is still Robert, Axel, Seymour, Louise, Holly.. etc.

The WIP Gallery entries are not coded in the game yet, it means they will be available in a later release. The scene is in the game, you just need full slut Lena that is cheating on Ian or cucking him, or not with him at all, all the drugs, a decent relationship with Mike and Jeremy. If Ian/Lena are in a relationship Ian needs to get pissed at Jeremy when he tells you Lena gets around, which requires Ian/Jeremy relationship less than perfect.

Are you sure you can get the Lena Jeremy Mike threesome if Lena is in a relationship with Ian? How so? In my playthrough, Lena either spends the night with Jeremy or Mike. I don't get the option to choose both of them.

Yep, with the conditions I stated. One thing that may be holding you up is Jeremy needs to be angry with Ian, so make sure the relationship isn't very good by the point Jeremy tells Ian about Lena getting around, and choose the angry option, this will tank the relationship and they will not longer be friends. The other thing I think you Must do is have Lena take drugs at every opportunity at the mansion. If all is good you get a menu where you can choose Mike, Jeremy or both with a special icon that could mean "I'm really high".

It's just that if Lena flirted with him during the daytime when she helped her with his shorts, later at the night she doesn't get the option to choose Mike and fucks Jeremy automatically. That's interesting. I did a full playthrough awhile ago on the cheating path and I thought I did it with only the bj at Ivy's during the game until after the beach. I guess this is where you have to go all the way with Jeremy, which is a given if Lena flirts with him and ends up in an open with Ian at the beach. This is probably where the dating flag gets set.

Yeah, to be exact the flag is set if either of these is met by the time Ch.12 rolls around:

    if v8_jeremy_sex or v10_jeremy_3some:

and looking around it seems the late relationship loophole won't work, as the game runs a check in Ch.13:

        if ian_lena_couple == "late" or holly_trinity == 2 or lena_holly_dating:
