She won't cheat with Mike. At the scene at Blazer's, she's pissed at Mike and Ivy for having an affair behind her back. Mark is only an option if she's not seriously dating Ian. So at Blazer's where most of the cheating can take place it's either Marcel and/or Axel and/or Jack. And like I mentioned earlier, if Ian decides to keep quiet about her cheating when he sees her at the beach house, then she can call Robert in the new update and have sex with him as well.
As you can tell, Jeremy is a real creep towards Lena. Lena protects him by not informing Louise about his flirtations with Ivy. Nevertheless, he immediately throws her under the bus after the Blazer's scene and tells Ian that she's cheating on him.
Lena can cheat on Ian with Mike from Ch.10 onwards, if she's fucked him before and had a fight with Ian:

You are arguing with quite literally the game's author, because it's EK who flags this as cheating in the game's script. When Lena and Ian have a fight that's just that, a fight between people who are in relationship. Lena acknowledged herself in her internal monologues that by fucking Mike she is cheating on Ian, but she is so pissed off at Ian that she does not care.
Ian and Lena most certainly can get back together after that fight, it's nothing like "they never get back together".

Note, Lena doesn't fuck Mike at the club in the scenario i describe. After the fight (either because of Stalkfap or because Ian demands sex) Lena goes back to her flat, and can potentially invite Mike over to fuck him there, in the early part of her side of Ch.10.
For patching things up, if the fight was over Lena's Stalkfap content, then Lena can respond positively to Ian's apology in the late part of Ch.10 This means Ian stays at the club with Lena instead of leaving.

Actually you can cheat with Mike at Ivy's birthday party without fighting with Ian. You just need to choose the "cooldown" option when Lena is dancing with Ian and starts to get Horny. Lena can then pick to dance with other people. If you then pick to dance with mike, you can then blow him in the restroom. Ivy even comments about it later in her room. After that you can continue to cheat with Mike regardless of Ian.

Interesting, so I was able to get the FFM threesome on the Throuple path with slutty Holly and slutty Lena. I'm unsure is this is a feature or a bug. I'm leaning towards the latter however. How I did this was by sleeping around with both protagonists and not getting into a dedicated relationship. In chapter 12 Jeremy tells Ian of Lena sleeping around (with him as well). Ian chooses that he cannot see Lena as just a friend. Lena decides she still wants to be with Ian. Normally this would be the trigger to enter into a relationship with Lena late but...Holly confesses to kissing Lena so on the beach, after the never have I ever game, instead of the relationship talk with Ian and Lena, I get the threesome scene. Bimbo Alison messages Ian next morning and Ian doesn't say he is in a throuple relationship now like he does on if he had the relationship talk with Lena last night. Also Ian says he's uncomfortable with his relationship with Lena after discovering her deceit. I thought this was fixed? Next chapter, for some reason Lena can have sex with Stan. You don't need to go to the book fair with Holly to form the throuple. Make sure your on good terms with Holly but don't go to the book fair with her. Date Lena as Ian. Do not let Ivy corrupt Holly. Try to kiss Holly as Lena until she eventually kisses you. Get over Gillian as Ian by stopping looking at her pictures. When Holly tells Ian about kissing Lena, reply with "Just that?". When you and Lena talk about Holly, say you care about her too. Do all this and you should be good.
