You're getting this game for free on a website that's basically pirating porn games, and complaining that a developer whose game you like is taking longer now at no cost to you.
Be grateful that she is not targeting this website, among hundreds/thousands other developers who get their games pirated off of here. Because if they did, this website would get hit with the worst kind of class action lawsuit that would make all of the people in charge panicking for their lives.
Not trying to interrupt your discussion but wanted to give my 5 cents on this.
Technically speaking, F95 doesn't provide any pirated games. They do provide external links to various websites where these games have been uploaded. The vast majority of these uploads come from Patreon/SS supporters who decided to leak the game. F95 doesn't host any files and the people running this place aren't the ones pirating the games.
While that alone doesn't make F95 immune per se, a class action lawsuit of that magnitude is virtually impossible as there's so many factors to consider. Thousands of developers and even more uploaders all across the globe in god knows how many different countries with their own laws would make it borderline impossible to pursue this. And even if it could be done, the amount of money required to investigate the whole thing far exceeds what all developers combined make in a year.
TLDR; No country on this planet would spend the resources required to go after Patreon porn piracy. IMO.
As for developers going after F95 in general; It's their bread and butter. These games have hardly any places for good PR. I'd say about 99% of AVN devs start their journey on F95&Co and they do need the exposure websites like this offer, otherwise noone would even notice they exist.
