As far as I can tell the last four progress updates were posted on a saturday, a monday, a tuesday and a thursday, respectively.
I think actual updates drop Friday-Sunday. I was just commenting now because it is the literal middle of September now. But obviously mid-month could be a range and not necessarily a fixed date.
