Probably because there are too many variables related to sex for Eva to check. We also don't have a choice to make Lena forego dick forever, so there's always a possibility (in Lena's mind) that she could hook up with someone. However, if I remember correctly, when Lena is dating Holly she doesn't ask for pills.Why is Lena worried about a pill when she hasn't touched a dick? Weird.
This is porn game so it's probably not the reason but, in real life many women use pills to help control their periods as well. Missing it could dysregulate it, and it's a pain.

It's not weird. Some girls use pills to regulate hormones, period or acne. Also, I guess it's natural precaution to worry when you use them regularly.
