When does he say this? I don't actually recall talking to him after the beach chapter.
He says it before, when he and Lena meet at the club during Lena's work there. While you could make a point that this was before the sea trip photo session and things could've changed since then, Lena doesn't mention this possibility at the start of Ch.14 when she discusses her Axel situation with Ivy, even on paths where Cindy and Wade had a messy breakup. She just tells Ivy that according to Axel he and Cindy aren't sleeping together and how this makes Axel's actions even more confusing.

Oh, well I don't really think that means anything then. Axel wasn't having sex with Cindy at the point he said so to Lena, that could have changed by now. I guess we'll have to actually meet him, or Cindy, again with Lena to really find out then.

Interestingly enough on all paths we hear from Axel as Lena that he and Cindy don't have sex, which... on one hand, Axel could be lying for whatever reason, but i'm not sure if there's any real reason for him to do it.
Axel always lying about that would be as simple that he doesn't want to piss off Lena. Telling your ex girlfriend you are still interested in that you fucked a new girl when she confronts you about it is easily a bad move, especially since Cindy has/had a boyfriend and got the wildcat job from him, to the disadvantage of Ivy and possibly Lena.

Haven't found any info about it, but is it possible to force enable/click greyed out options in current dialogue? Through console or else? I thought I've saw something like that somewhere, but can't find it now....

I think the problem here is that Lena isn't necessarily nothing but an artful, nerdy girl on all her paths. Her songwriting as serious aspirations are just an option (you can define Lena as having many potential goals in life, and songwriting will only really be mentioned down the road if you make it explicit focus) And if you give her Lust background, Lena's aspirations, life path and values turn much more Ivy-like.

To be honest, i also don't really buy this apparent supposed mutual exclusivity of "nerdy girl with interest in artful things can't possibly so openly lust for cock, it's totally not in her character" because, just look around you. There's tons of nerds right here, some with artful aspirations, who are spending their time on what's bordering on obsession with wank material. And some of them are women, too. So i don't think there's really anything in the game that would explicitly oppose the idea that Lena could also be this sort of a multi-faceted person. That she can't possibly be, i don't believe this to be anything more than personal headcanon..?
Ok, two things:

1. Your "Her songwriting as serious aspirations are just an option" is wrong, which means I have now managed to catch you offguard for the second time. Before the meeting with Holly and possibly Ian, her passion for sonwriting IS canon, she insists on it talking to Lola. "not serving coffee or modelling, but writing and playing songs, this is what I really want, you know that Lola right ?" (out of memory). Then, indeed, at Ian's date you have the option "it used to be", but not because she is not interested anymore, but because she fears it is unrealistic. And then, yes, there is the date with Holly, and then you get the option to change the focus, and my point is exactly that: I already find this diversification to be poorly written. The lust option "right now I focus on modelling" is poor, the charisma option of "enjoying life in different ways" us even poorer.

What's even poorer, worse, inconsistent, is that then Holly reminds her that she talked about her passion for songwriting, Lena replies "oh it is just a hobby", while a couple of days before she was telling Lola how songwriting her only passion. = inconsistent and poor.

2. I do not know why I do not manage to make myself understood, so I have no other choice but to repeat myself:

Again, I insist I have no problem with Lena having a lust for cock. My problem is how EK writes this lust for cock. I know I repeat myself but it seems I have to: my problem is not the existence of a slut path, it is the poor writing on this slut path.

As I've written before, actually the slut path was my main playthrough until Chapter 9. But then, at Chapter 10 I surprised myself skipping dialogues and even skipping lewd scenes: = I was bored. This boredom has never left me on the slut path since then.

That's when I discovered the romance path, and realized it was much better written.

I insist: it is not the lust for cock that I dislike, it is the poor writing.

I didn't know she wanted to write songs for her future son, that's really sweet.

Nah but real talk, the reason why she says it's a "hobby" to others while telling Lola that it's her passion...that's not inconsistent writing. That's just her feeling insecure about it. Lola can't tell her it's not a good idea or that it's silly, she's a cat. But others? They might say things she doesn't want to hear, or they might even demean her. Her insecurity is valid and it's implied without it being in your face.

her passion for sonwriting IS canon
Passions and realities are often not the same. I agree she is passionate about it, but is also working non stop at the beginning of the game trying to keep her head above water, with sick parents etc., she is stressed out and needs a little fun too.

but not because she is not interested anymore
She also doesn't have her old songs (held captive by evil Axel) or a guitar at the start.

Lena having a lust for cock
I like that she can have both a passion for an artistic pursuit, and a lust for cock! I think that is also what ffive is getting at.

The level of the writing is subjective, you may not like it, others may love it, just like characters in the game have their own fan groups and haters. It isn't easy writing for a broad audience, and EK's own preferences shape the story. You may be right that there wasn't as much effort put into the writing on certain paths, or it could just be your own prefrence in writing. The fact that we argue about it shows it's at least engaging.

Too often the standard for what is hot for a male character is way different than for a female character. The social norms for men and women dictate what beliefs we have about what roles each should have. So a male character can have a harem in a game, and if it's written ok with acceptable art it's very popular. The same on the female side makes her a slut, or on the slut path, which is negative most of the time, bad endings, etc. It's hard to break free of this double standard, both in the games and in our brains.

does Mike love path strictly have to be you're not a couple with Ian?
I don't think so, nothing has been finalized yet and in the latest update you get a lot more "love" options with different characters thatn previous chapters. If Lena is a cheater after the beach and you have been keeping the relationship with Mike going you definitely get the option to "try" and become a couple with Mike in ch14. He can get blocked out if you miss an opportunity with him, choose someone else to hookup with etc.

On a faithful to Ian path I doubt it, it might depend on how much Lena went after Mike the whole game, but usually if Ian/Lena are committed you get no choice but to drop seeing other people, though Seymour puts a wrench in that too.

everyone believes Cindy did sleep with Axel
on all paths we hear from Axel as Lena that he and Cindy don't have sex
If Lena stops in Baluart to meet Axel on the way to the beach they also talk about Cindy (Lena choice), and he denies. Ian and Cindy can discuss it, and Cindy gets all bitchy when Ian finds the pics from the Wild Cats shoot, and chooses to snoop. I think this is after the beach, but I don't know for sure.

Given Axel's personality and history, I think he wouldn't be averse to lying about anything. The only scene is a pic of Cindy with his hand on her ass, and her in bed implying they maybe might have sort of had sex. o_O
