Will there be any plotlines in the future where Lena or other main female characters undergo cosmetic surgery (like breast augmentation)?

It's been speculated at times that there will be something, mostly because it existed in the previous game Good Girl Gone Bad. We know that Ivy has had some surgeries, same for Jess from GGGB. It seems safe to say that both Zarina and Sophia probably also have had some form of augmentation. Sophia because... Well look at her. And Zarina because she has been set up as a mirror to Ivy. Other than those four, and again only Ivy / Jess is confirmed, it's not been discussed by any of the other characters and they're all assumed to be natural.

So this is the first chapter where it's been anywhere close to the forefront of discussion, although it admittedly has still been a minor point of discussion both within the game and almost non-existent on the forum. This seems like it would be the chapter for cosmetic surgeries to be set up if it where to ever happen though. Potentially there could be a plot line for it in the future with Seymour, but that feels less likely; at least to me.
