Stated a couple times that they were together for 4 years. And yeah, I know it was said in jest, but i cannot see why someone would lie about cheating if they just want to break up. After being such a long time in a relationship with someone, even if you don't love them anymore, the least they deserve is some honesty in the break-up or at least not tell such a messy lie lol.

Wouldn't be the first time someone made a dumb lie for the sake of pride. Romance is tough and sometimes you can't necessarily explain why a relationship you're in isn't working for you, so you find another reason. In some cases there is also a sunk cost fallacy at play, you've been together so long that it would be a waste of all those years to just break up with no solid reason.
That said, I would agree that inventing a cheating partner or just a new boyfriend even, would be a very complicated lie, you could almost lie about literally anything else at it would probably be a simpler lie to maintain.

There doesn't appear to be any specific ones. Some cameos are personal ones on Eva's part, if I recall correctly Wen is such a one and she doesn't want to make porn featuring a friend or something..? To be honest I don't know why you'd put any IRL friends or family in an NSFW game.
With the others, both patreon and GGGB cameos Eva seems hesitant to include them in sexual scenes too. Jack gets one right away, but Jess' took a while and John was only included because people were getting pissed that Lena automatically dismissed the idea after getting his number. I think Eva answered in a Q&A question, in the most recent one, that cameos aren't really planned for sexual content but get plopped in oportunisitically instead.

There are no rules.
Jessica got a whole plotline and she can develop a relationship with Ian.
Natasha is probably just there to get chad Ian invited for some swinging, she very likely stays with her husband.
Alice was just there for an extra face.

I guess? There's arguably quite a few games on Steam with cartoon gfx and porn content, but i can see why they wouldn't be interested in peddling what's basically "real porn" even if that "real" is AI-generated.
