Don't show up to the office when Seymour visits. Don't handover the draft of your book by yourself or by asking Lena (if she modelled for Seymour) and Holly. When Minerva flirts aggressively, use the other options except the wits one. I think these are the conditions required to get Ian fired from the job and then has to find some part time job.

If your talking about the last chapter then yeah, especially if Lena isn't with anyone there and trying not to cheat on anyone, then there's really not much to do. It's especially pointless if Lena refused to work with Billy. It just feels like Filler.
