The dumbest part is that I don't archive any of the images in OoT. You can go check what's new or not.
The new renders in the prologue have a completely different name structure and nothing new was added to Ch1 or Ch2 at all.

Leah was always my favorite of the bunch and I am pretty sure I hadn't seen her in a bridal gown in chapter 2 in 2022. I'll check though, sure.

Not sure why you're so aggressive over me saying that the narration in the game feels inconsistent and that I personally don't like coming back to a game and seeing new scenes plugged into the intro to justify later writing because it makes the reading experience feel awkward for repeat runs/following a developing game. Not once have I claimed anyone here is lying to me, I'm just recounting what I remember and my experiences on it. That's a really weird stance to take, but hey, you do you.

I'm getting aggressive because you are actively lying about my game to justify your objectively incorrect argument instead of conceding that you're wrong.

If you don't like that, go back to your vndb hugbox.

The bridal gown is from 37, the other render is from chapter 2 foreshadowing the "event" of chapter 37.
That's how a comparison works

You must have seen this if you're got to Leah arc. One scene is literally first scene in the game (and it hasn't changed in new prologue), other is from chapter 29. He has at least a general plan for the story for all 100 chapters. I also have all text changes since I started helping and can tell every change that happened to script in that period - and outside of adding completely new scene to prologue and some minor changes to prologue and ch8 text everything else has been just typo or script fixes.

Question. I have not played since 2.27 and i was on save page 122. I recently downloaded this update and went to load my game but its stopping at page 99. Is there a way for me to fix this so i can load my save from page 122 or do i have to replay everything from the last save on page 99?

You can still load these saves, just have to rename them (open save folder by clicking folder button in save/load menu, copy save slots 0 to 593 to separate folder and rename save slots above 593 to "saveslot_N.sav" from 0 to 593). Game used to have 50 page limit when you played but it was bugged and possible to bypass in certain way, I fixed it but increased page limit to 99 which I didn't think anyone would hit any time soon. That's 600 save slots.

Yes, the number in the saves filename is what slot it's in. You should be able to just change that number to whatever you'd like.

As temporary solution you can put this to game folder. This patch will allow you to see pages from 0 to 999

This game feels like a mish mash of two entirely different story lines that just happen to use the same characters.

I like this game, but damn if it isn't hard to reconcile the beginning -- and now, some scenes in the prologue -- and the remainder of the game.

Wait to you see the volume 2 and 3 movies.. damn they are so damn good. Chapters are up to chapter 39 currently.
