Yes there will definitely be both a chapter select and a gallery later. There's even space on the main menu for where that button is going to go.

According to what I have read in the comments and clarifications of the developer
There is no girl who steals or fucks you with the other girls, without the MC being present.
Developer clarified (hope that's true)
that there are 6 girls. (mc woman) and 1 unique man (mc)
1. there is a lesbian couple, who are in love with mc.
I know that it is shocking to someone (including me) that in a harem there are relationships between girls, beyond that with the mc
but they were already a couple before the MC arrived and voluntarily formed part of his harem.
In my opinion
If I am the only man that will exist in a lesbian couple and they feel love for me only for me.
They felt lonely and developed feelings between the two, and suddenly there is a boy that they both like, and instead of fighting or being jealous of each other, they accept him as the man of their life.

I don't even mind that people hate NTR or are worried about stuff like that, it's just combing this 61 page thread for really vague comments I made because I didn't want to drop straight up spoilers is a huge waste of time compared to just...playing the game.
I said 20 minutes in my previous post because I think you can very quickly see what kind of game OoT is in the prologue, and there's no surprise tonal shift to whatever brand of cuckoldry people are afraid of.
There's nothing more I can say than "There's no NTR, there are no sex scenes with the main girls that don't involve the MC". Why that somehow still leads to "B-B-B-B-BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS KIND OF NTR?!" is far beyond me.

And I hope for some development of him and his skills (brain).

Yeah I hope it doesn't take too much faith to believe that the game will continue along the same narrative trajectory it's already following. So yeah, no corruption, cheating, sharing, NTR, voyeur, whatever.
I can be completely honest and say the #1 most requested H-feature is literally just more vanilla porn, which I am happy to do (And in fact, did with this latest update adding in 60+ new lewd renders).

Any suggestions on how to resize the window? Mine is locked, and there are no handles to drag it to another size. Also the "box" in the upper right that usually lets you fit to screen is greyed out. I want to play it on a secondary monitor, but I can't size it down. Suggestions?
Nevermind. I dragged it to the second screen, hit fullscreen, then window. The new window was sized to the second screen.

I edited my post but I will give you the quick answer here. Drag the window to the second screen, then in settings, hit fullscreen. It wiil fill the entire second screen. Then when you click window, it will give you a window sized within the second screen. It's ugly, but it works.
