It's not an error; Jamie is possessing Leah like she did with Victoria before. That's why Tsukiko takes her body while she is in Leah.

It is also why Leah has a meltdown after Jamie returns to her body; she realizes that Jamie doesn't feel all the hatred and anger that she does and wants Jamie to take over her again.
