Like 4 or 5 out of all the current scenes are animated, the author is making the story first and adding animations to the scenes later.
This is more like a story with sex, not a sex story.
Without spoilers can anyone tell me if the characters get better? I am finally getting through my back log and am at about chapter 6.
I am digging the designs but the actual character of the characters is utterly insufferable and I am finding it hard to like really anyone but Sarah.
I find myself wanting to like this but its honestly a real challenge without some promise of growth for these people.

Which Characters? They all become adults and Vic's behavior changes a lot and they all have a lot of "growth" but maybe it will be too much growth for you in the end, you just have to try it but you havent even scratched the surface and nothing is as it seems at this point.

I'm guessing the animated scenes happen pretty far in? That's gonna be quite the workload to go all the way back to add in animations, but if they are intent on doing that, then I could see myself coming back to this game when I see it get the Completed tag.
I pretty much gathered that it's more narrative focused than sex focused, hence why I skipped ahead. I like my porn game narratives to be less drawn out and more porn-centric and following porn logic than actually having an in depth story. Actual plot-lines actively keep me turned off when I want to be turned on while playing these sorts of games.

The funny thing about this is that the scenes that recived their animations are actually the earlier ones. I think they were the one at the prologue, at chapter 12, chapter 18 and chapter 26. I don't know if the author added another one in the last update but as far as I know they didn't.
Just so you know the last update was chapter 50 and 51 so like i said, the animated ones are the earlier ones.

Everyone do get better and change, and all of them have a reason to behave and do what they do, StoryAnon is notorious in making even the tiniest details from 40 chapters ago matter. Keep an open mind, try to enjoy them for what they are.

This avn is simply not for you if youre just looking at the lewds. They are good but its really not the main focus
Every choice that leads to missable scene is marked. I know because I was the one who added markers. It used to be the dialogues with Vic in ch 7 were not marked because to get the scene you just had to talk with her everywhere, instead I had special marker on progression button after you did all talks. But people kept skipping unmarked dialogues anyway so I added markers to every single dialgoue with Vic in ch 7. Not that it matters, there are still people who somehow manage to miss that scene. And everything leading to ch 35 Kieran scene were marked since I implemented markers with ch 38 update. And choices do change some dialogues, but they do not change overall story.
There is one choice that maybe will matter and is not marked but unlike other choices it's not an obvious choice so I didn't mark it. It's up to player to decide how to answer.

I understand if there is some sort of spirit thing maybe compelling their actions. If so I would actually like to be spoilered and just know about it.
I liked Leah and Vic right up until it showed they were criminals and smokers and instantly lost all interest in them.
Like I said, I really do like Sarah but the virtually everyone else is so grating I am clicking rapidly to blaze past how annoying they are. I understand that this may simply not be the game for me and can accept that.

It's way more complicated than just a spirit, but if it's the fact that they sometimes steal or smoke to unwind - dunno what to tell you, people do that IRL as well. Both of those are not a major plot point and are almost never mentioned again. That's just how they are, unruly girls coping with what they had to go through. The game

God the front page banner image changes are so good, never really thought too deep about em but they do mean something huh.
If that's enough to be so irksome for you. It's best you not bother. I'd suggest that you may be a little too uptight; for adult orientated media.
This update is great but I'm gonna miss Cro's red fox era from the last couple chapters, since it seems the True/Visor designs are gonna become her main look especially considering the prologue. I really liked the trope of CJ having an invisible spirit he'd talk to and get seduced by when he was alone while having to keep it a secret because she was so hated by everyone else.

There is no need to insult me. We are both posting here so it is unlikely this would be either of ours first adult game like this.
I am free to detest certain actions. You are free to be ok with them, we are reading a fantasy story after all.
