Open the game's Winrar, go to options > codification > Search for ANSI/OEM - JAPANESE > Check there's folders with Japanese letters inside the folder to make sure it worked > Unpack > Enjoy
PS: This works for all the Japanese Locale games.

I solved it by replacing the "img" folder with the one from the previous version.
And for now it works well for me.

Until you get one of the characters pregnant and the game doesn't recognize the image cause you didn't fix it like you should have.
