Only thing one can say for certain is pregnancy there is no real change log and game hasn't been updated on dlsite yet so no one can even check it out untranslated.
The only thing i can read from the notes are just the pregnancy, but i hope both MC or your friends can make them pregnant..
If translation isn't ready yet can anyone at least share a raw version 1.06 ?
I would say be patient it's not even released yet
So far Dev only did a blog post about finishing it however got to wait for it to be available on dlsite before someone can actually share it.
