When you have any of the girls pregnant, just visit them at night and a doctor will appear and activate the scene
What time frame? I'm on 1.06 if that makes any difference.
Want to ask, how can you have sex with the girls while they pregnant? When to trigger that scene?

At some point a girl approaches you at beach for me it was in evening if I recall correctly then talk to her in Inn and should unlock other locations
Huh it seems i can't make her to appear. I tried to start a new game just in case it can only appear once but no luck either. Could be a bug of the 1.07 version?

Iirc..you supposed to talk all the heroine girls first before you trigger the blonde girl to come up to you.
