I think I ran into a bug where the game no longer progresses and all characters are stuck in a state of being asleep. Is this a result of using cheats, and can it be fixed?

Probably, I believe it's because of the time lock, use that item that show the in game clock and solve it from there
It's been quite some time since I looked over here so I don't know if the mod is working okay
My advice for anyone who also uses cheats in any porn game is to get MTool and use it for that

It's updated very frequently, there's benefits for being a supporter but the free version does translation and cheats decently well

Also, the developer/artist is on official hiatus, mental health issues and problem with confidence in their own drawings. They didn't say when they'll come back.
I have a downloaded version of SKRS (English 1.3b_MOD4) most likely yours. For this game, the rest are aware. But isn't the developer on Twitter or something? I sometimes look at the works of Ando Hiroyuki, who sits and likes cosplayers every day and issues new doujins once every six months. It seemed to me that all the developers and artists had been sitting and monitoring the evaluation of their creations for a long time.
I read about this in a thread about the unreleased Eros House game and thought that something had changed in so much time. It's a pity. SKRS in terms of the amount of content is on average less than in any previous game and 3-4 times less than in Nanpa Beach.

Also, you might want to stay on my Discord, because I'm working on a tech demo around Breast Mafia's art from the games, with upscaled images and reworked animations, sound effects and moans. It will be basically a scene viewer in RenPy. This'll be a tribute of sorts to Breast Mafia.
