Let's take Epilogue E to be the "canon" ending, even with everything that is solved in that ending, that still leaves a lot of room for future stories. Humanity is still rebuilding, and so Juno now leader of the community at the military base comes into contact with a new rival human community who is a threat. Maybe the dryad daughter gets kidnapped by the rival humans and gets experimented on, with Juno on a quest through the wild bandit territory, then the enemy territory to save her rescuing a new cast along the way to add to our group. Maybe the rival humans find a way to use the dryad dna to bring about a race of evil hybrids or something completely new, and its up to Juno to stop them. Regardless of what direction you can take, I think there's enough meat there to make a sequel story.
It has been a long time since i last played the game and saw the ending but if i remember correctly the doctor was close to making a cure for the infection and that alone would be a powerful barganing chip to get more people to join Juno, and while most people would harbor resentment for all infected (Dryads included) i don't really think they could get organized and powerful enough to fight back, joining up with Juno is the best course of action for any survivor regardless of what theyr opinion about the dryads is.

That being said it would be cool if we could explore the future of this world with a new cast of characters 10 to 20 years into the future.

to be honest, don't remember all the details of how the game ended so not sure what the status of the infection is by the end of the game
but I think its plausible for a rival human settlement to go against Juno maybe even to keep humanity under chaos so they can expand their own control or something. A time jump can be cool too though, explore how humanity continued past the end of the game. Don't really mind how it comes about but I think the setting is pretty cool and would like to see a return to the world eventually

This is a pretty shit game. "Gameplay" is boring, and it could've just been rehauled by not making melee weapons one use. Or have them break... just any better gameplay would've been feasible. Story is basic and the mc is just the bisexual stereotypical. Every interaction just feels like the dev wrote in some inner trauma too (yeah ik psychoanalyzing porn devs, but it's kinda funny when you look into it) the writing is actually pretty engaging though more then other material. I guess that's a plus. I deleted it after the only consensual sex scene an hour in, which isn't the issue... more like the tasteless beastality that comes after. That and I was bored out of my mind.

Really though, for all and any media it's needless. At least furries don't put THAT in their games 80% of the time, which is an absolute sort of hilarious to me. I'm the type of guy to play these sort of survival games to make sure whoever I'm playing as has a 0% rape run and a 100% sex run, just because I enjoy that sort of challenge and it makes games like this way more likeable. But nah this one just really sucks lol
