This game seems pretty insistent on running with internet. Running it through sandboxie with internet access blocked leads to it being unable to start up.

Holy fucking shit, this thread has been dead for a little over a month or two. All I fucking said was that a character in a drawing of one sexual scene that takes a specific route to even see looked a little too young, making me a bit uncomfortable, and some of y'all had an immediate hissy fit.
I dealt with that, I played the rest of the game just fine, it was good, it was great. Some of y'all went way too far into this, gave way more information than needed, and somehow ended up involving real world politics.

finally tryng dis game, wich route is best fo content? i dnt want to miss out on all the sceens, bt i also dont like when every scene is nonconsenusal or forced, shud i just have 2 separate save files or wat? hw long is d game?

Game automatically adds scenes to the gallery once certain checkpoints gets passed; even normally missable ones, I think. Also, unlocking tthe best ending should automatically unlock everything else, including other endings (as far as I know).
For that, you have to:
- Don't worry about the zombies, all their scenes gets added to the gallery automatically.
- Avoid anything involving submitting to bad guys, or selling yourself to military for help; it's always strictly harmful for you (game punishes taking "easy solutions"). You'll later get these scenes in the gallery without harmful effects.
- Be on lookout for hidden documents; very best ending requires finding all 10. One of them is easy to miss as early as in prologue (blowing guy instead of doing errand job).
- You need to finish all side quests.

On high infection, you can randomly lose control of Juno for a few seconds (can be lethal in combat), and, up until certain point, you can't rest (it triggers immediate game over, though game warns you about it; those are also amongst the scenes you'll unlock, there are two versions).
You also get game over if you get caught by zombies while having 0 morale points (MP).
Should probably warn about another thing: every kind of zombies (except for small plant clone which you'll see much later into game, and the bosses) have exactly one moment where you can get game over by entering the wrong room. So, it's wise to save from time to time.

By the way. Does anyone still have old versions of the game (0.08; before revamp in 0.09.2)? I played the game back then (before it underwent revamp and many things were changed), and vaguely remember that it was possible to send zombies to your room instead of Gavin's, triggering instant game over, but it's impossible in the current version. Alternatively, if you still have the files, you can check yourself: I just need the confirmation that my memory doesn't play tricks on me again, and it indeed used to be the case (I long lost the files).
I remember that happening, yes, that was a mechanic and personally I found it rather funny and was disappointed they took it out - though I also am not surprised.
I like Juno's look, the pixel-art makes this game even more lewd, and the game mechanics are pretty good, wish they consider bring Juno back at somepoint

After playing Claire's Quest, I wanna try this game, although it looks pretty short game comparatively.
Does it have built-in cheats like Claire's Quest? Also, since it doesn’t say it’s combat or grind-free, should I expect shooting and grinding?

Yeah there's a cheat room in the beginning in your apartment that you can go into to get good weapons and then also you can enable cheats in your menu. This just helps give you weapons and ammo and manage your infection, but you can still die easily if you're not careful. For the best experience, be sure to not to miss all the collectible notes and side quests. You can miss one note/quest as early as the prologue if you choose to not do a specific side quest errand early on. You don't have to die to monsters to get scenes with them as they'll unlock in the gallery after you clear the area I believe.
People arguing about why there is nothing wrong with young characters depicted in the game because they "drawn" and "doesn't exist" are not pedophiles.
