Given the strong narrative focus of the game any scenes with her need to fit in the story and it might be a bit difficult to add victoria unless the dark paths become really dark and I do not know if that will happen.
Sure Victoria might enjoy sex, she might get herself a bunch of men to fuck but it would be hard for the MC to witness these scenes unless you shift character perspectives and again I do not know if this will happen.
Unless Victoria joins the club I dont see how we will get scenes with her. I dont see her voluntarily joining the club in its current state - she probably does not have any problems with prostitution but I think she would take issues with the owners and with the exploitation (especially with the stuff happening with Rose). I can maybe see her joining the club with Hana as an owner for recreational purposes as a client but that is a bit of a reach.
She might be forced to join the club but again I dont see that happening too easily mostly because the next generation of the club's owners would take issues with it. Not only would the MC dislike it but I think both Hana and Ian would be against it. August and Chuck do not give a shit about her but they can easily be convinced if Hana/Ian (and in Chuck's case the MC) request a favor from them. Kath is the only one who might want to see her suffer and she simply does not have enough leverage. Unless Kath uses Abel's sex drugs on every single person (which again is a bit of a reach) I do not see it happening.

All this being said I really want more Victoria scenes (I dont really care who bangs her except the MC - incest does not fit in this game) so I hope the devs find a way to make it work. Victoria is one of the hottest characters in the game. I think Victoria and Sophia are the two side characters for whom I want to see more scenes.

Apart from the fact, that every woman in the game is either openly or secretly a sex fiend, we also know that Kat and Doren are working on some kind of sex drug or aphrodisiac that turns people into sex maniacs. I don't know, how dark the game will end up being, but it certainly has the potential to get really dark, with someone like Warren and some of the patrons openly abusing women, Kat being a sadistic psychopath etc.

I always ask myself a simple question in these situations: Could I believeably write it into the narrative if I wished to? In this case the answer is certainly yes, plenty of potential paths are laid out. And TD is just as good if not a better writer than I am...so he certainly could as well.

If Kath/Warren had more power than they actually do it would be more likely. But even half of August's stake in the club is more than what Kath owns not to mention that even outside of ownership, they are more powerful/influential than she is. She even mentioned that the club patrons dont respect her enough because she is a woman. She has the motivation but she does not have enough leverage. And warren is basically just a grunt - he is sadistic but he is a nobody.
Like I mentioned the only way I see this happening is Abel's sex drugs but unless Kath manages to drug everyone it will be hard.

She is powerful enough, to have a whole lab in the club, Chuck and August don't even know about.
Also her pushing Hana to take a stake in the Club doesn't bode exactly well for our Goth GF. We will see, were the story takes us...hopefully somewhat soon.

My take is she wants to either corrupt Hana to her sadistic ways of thinking to make her a ally or failing that to try to buy Hana's share of the club. Either way Katheleen was already sucessfull in reducing August influence on the brothel's decisions by putting a fourth head there.
I think she does have some understanding, otherwise Kath wouldn't have pushed for Edwin to go after Hana. But in the end guess Hana's decision will depend on how Edwin's influence her about the Carnations club.
I can see this happening and Kat then getting the incest video to blackmail Victoria to work at the club. Ian and Chuck could also help to bring Victoria in the club either jointly or separately.If it's not MC's penis that does the action, it's a waste. Therefore:

Mc is her protégé if you want him to be.There are different paths in this game I would suggest people to have different saves for different paths to understand why Victoria getting fucked by Edwin, Ian, Chuck, Warren and club members is possible. Victoria is moral compass my ass get her in on the action.

I see (and hope TD does too) Victoria as a moral compass not only because she's Edwin's mother, but perhaps more so because she has flirted with corruption and been able to stay true to her goal of raising her son with minimal disruption to his childhood given the circumstances they were encumbered with. Having her let go of that goal even at this point feels like a loss. "Getting her in the action" would only make sense IMO if there's a "darkest path" ending option in the works from the devs.
